Weekly Maintenance — All Year Round

  • ✓Plant health monitoring — identification of real problem areas only (treatment is case-by-case & quoted separately)
  • ✓Minor pruning and touch-ups as required

Program of Works

  • ✓Seasonal leaf removal from garden beds & common areas (pathway & carpark leaf clearing handled by Caretaker)
  • ✓Lomandra and ornamental grasses cut back to promote fresh spring growth
  • ✓Garden bed detailing and autumn tidy-up

Caretaker Responsibilities

  • • Leaf clearing from pathways, roads, and carparks — NJ Landscapes handles garden beds and landscape areas only.
  • • Minor irrigation repairs within the caretaker's scope (e.g. replacing sprinkler heads, clearing blockages).
  • • Reporting larger irrigation issues beyond their scope to NJ Landscapes or the Strata Manager for follow-up.

About Adhoc Works

Adhoc works are pre-booked and scheduled in advance, but may shift due to weather, site access, or operational requirements. All works will be completed within the appropriate timeframe and you will be notified of any changes.
