SCOPE OF WORKS — FORTNIGHTLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Effective from April 2026

Program Overview

This document outlines the scope of works for fortnightly garden maintenance. Services are provided every two weeks on a scheduled basis. Each visit consists of approximately 4 hours work by 2 team members.

Services Included (Per Visit)

Lawn Mowing — Grass areas mowed to standard maintenance height

Edging & Blowing — Pathways edged and hard surfaces blown down

Hedge Trimming — General hedge maintenance and tidying

Tree Work — Minor tree pruning and maintenance

Debris Removal — Leaves and litter removed to maintain presentable appearance

Major irrigation repairs (work beyond minor adjustments)
Specialist pest or disease treatments
Hardscape repairs or installation

Hours per visit may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. We'll communicate any schedule adjustments in advance.

On-Site Parking

Cars parked on-site during working hours make it difficult to carry out hedge work and other maintenance tasks during the week. We appreciate your cooperation in managing vehicle parking.

Services Not Included

The following will be quoted separately:
