The Bay at 218 Bay Road is a property with exceptional bones — a beautiful front garden showcase, well-established perimeter hedges, and a recently renovated Level 4 communal area that deserves the very best horticultural attention as new plantings are selected and established.
Previously, our involvement at The Bay was limited — subcontracted with minimal input and little opportunity to make a real difference. This proposal marks a significant change: a direct arrangement that gives us full control of the landscape program, allowing us to bring the same level of care, consistency, and proactive management we deliver across our premium portfolio.
Working directly with the strata manager, we will take complete ownership of the property's outdoor environment — from boundary hedges and verge presentation to irrigation monitoring and the exciting opportunity to curate the new Level 4 plantings.
With 3–4 hours on site every fortnight, this program is sized to keep The Bay performing at its best — not just maintained, but genuinely thriving.
