Hiring Now

Not a volume operator. We focus on plant health, detail, and presentation-level results — looking for someone who values the same.

The Role

Work alongside an experienced team maintaining established, well-designed residential gardens. Hands-on role for someone who enjoys doing things properly and takes pride in quality outcomes.

  • Professional garden maintenance (pruning, shaping, weeding, mulching, feeding)
  • Planting and plant health monitoring
  • Working across premium residential gardens with consistent standards
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and clean, safe worksites

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
  • Have solid plant knowledge (or a genuine desire to deepen it)
  • Care about detail, presentation, and plant health
  • Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your work
  • Are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
  • Hold a valid driver's licence

Note: Formal horticulture qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.

⚠️ This role is not suited to "rush-and-go" operators or volume mowing backgrounds.

What We Offer

  • Part-time hours: Monday–Thursday (consistent and predictable)
  • Work on premium gardens, not rushed jobs
  • Supportive, professional team environment
  • Competitive pay: $30–$36/hr + super (aligned with experience)
  • Opportunity to grow your horticultural skills with a quality-focused business

🚗 Optional Pick-up Available:

Our team manager is based in Clyde, with the option for a daily pick-up in the work van for the right candidate. Ideal for someone located in Melbourne's southeast who wants consistent work without daily travel logistics.
