Assistant Horticulturalist – Premium Residential/Strata Gardens

The Role
Work alongside an experienced team maintaining established, well-designed residential gardens. Hands-on role for someone who enjoys doing things properly and takes pride in quality outcomes.
- Professional garden maintenance (pruning, shaping, weeding, mulching, feeding)
- Planting and plant health monitoring
- Working across premium residential gardens with consistent standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and clean, safe worksites
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
- Have solid plant knowledge (or a genuine desire to deepen it)
- Care about detail, presentation, and plant health
- Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your work
- Are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Hold a valid driver's licence
Note: Formal horticulture qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
⚠️ This role is not suited to "rush-and-go" operators or volume mowing backgrounds.
