Simple, Hourly Rates
No vague quotes. You pay for the time we are on site, plus the parts your system needs. All prices exclude GST.
MINIMUM CHARGE
Service Call-Out
Includes call-out and the first 2 hours on site. This is the minimum charge for any irrigation repair visit.

PER HOUR
Additional Labour
Charged beyond the first 2 hours, billed in 30-minute increments. Applies to extended repairs or multi-zone work.

Urgent call-outs outside business hours — burst mains, major leaks, or system failures causing damage. 2-hour minimum applies.

Parts & materials
Charged at cost plus 20%. We only fit parts your system genuinely needs, and we will confirm any significant materials cost with you before installing them.
Written reports & the 4-hour cap
Any single visit that includes a written condition report is capped at 4 hours on site — $480 + GST maximum. If a job looks likely to run longer, we pause and provide a separate quote for the remaining work before continuing. No surprise charges, ever.
